What Kind Of Tile Can You Use Outdoors?

Porcelain – Despite their name, porcelain tiles are very durable, non-porous, and fade-resistant. They are designed to stand up to the heat of summer. They’ll never absorb any water during heavy rain or the snow and well as being crack resistant during the winter. Another advantage is porcelain tiles are effortless to clean.

Wood Tiles – Wood tiles are great for a patio or deck area. They’re durable enough for everyday foot traffic and the changing elements. These tiles are usually pretty affordable and easy to obtain. The best thing is that despite it being wood, these tiles are designed to be insect, decay, and fire-resistant. Wood tiles to need a little more maintenance, such as regular power washing and treatment every three years, but even with this type of maintenance, these tiles can last for years.
